Critical Social Education is a starting point with young people, working together to develop their critical analysis and understanding of society, acknowledging the power imbalance and inequalities that exist.
We create spaces with young people that promote critical thought learning and explorations of power, and social justice, such as FEM, EYE Public, Where in the World, LGBT Awareness, Anti-Racism Campaigns to name but a few. We create space and opportunities to encourage young people’s active participation in their own community and wider society.
Currently, modules in Critical Social Education include:
- Assertiveness
- Bullying Issues
- Gender Issues
- Feminism & Friendship
- LGBT
- Sexual Health & Negotiation Skill
