The Youth Service Support Worker is responsible for three strands of work. Volunteer Recruitment & Training ensures a high quality supply of volunteers to support our work. The second strand works with and supports existing clubs and youth groups through needs analysis. The third strand facilitates and supports the development of new, innovative youth services that respond to changing conditions in the community.
